Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. At the age of 3, I was at a family gathering and they were playing some country music. One particular tune drew me in and I started dancing my heart away. I was normally a shy child, so I was shocked to discover I was suddenly the center of attention
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Anne Murray, There's a Hippo In My Tub De La Soul, 3 Feet High and Rising Tricky, Maxinquaye My parents listened to country music, but I was hooked on rap from my first listen. '3 Feet high and rising' really opened my eyes to the fun positive side. There's a Hippo in my Tub was a staple of my childhood.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Funky Dance” This song was inspired by the tricks & dance moves often showcased by our kids. It is danceable, fun and invigorating. We loved the video by Freyja zazu as it incorporated hip-hop elements.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Winning an East Coast Music Award in 2005 is a highlight and really, the whole ECMA weekend festival was so memorable. It was amazing to be part of supportive community, we even had 9 people crashing in our hotel room. And so much amazing music.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I was quite involved with music until a major concussion in 2011. My bucket list now is quite simple: Continue to recover to the point where I can begin performing live again, which is my favourite part of music.
