Artist Biography
Australian trio MOVEMENT formed in Sydney in 2011 and consisted of Jesse James Ward, Lewis Wade, and Sean Walker. The group's sound combined seductive, R&B-inspired vocals with downtempo dance beats and dark atmospheres. The group signed to Australian label Modular Recordings and released a series of singles and EPs, starting with 2013's "Us," followed by 2014's "Feel Real" and the MOVEMENT EP, which was co-produced with the Weeknd collaborator Illangelo. The group worked on new material in preparation for a full-length album in 2015. ~ Paul Simpson
