In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Music is my passion. I was 7 years old when I started taking piano lessons. Then I started playing other instruments on my own. And at the age of 14 I started doing DJ gigs.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Mwaki” Mwaki will always be my favourite song as it's my first release, my first baby. I love everything about it, the vocals, the piano, the chords.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I've been in the music industry for around 20 years now as a dj but Melodim is a fresh project for me. I always loved Afro House, organic music, percussion so in January 2024 I created Melodim so I can share with the world that side of me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I just started my journey as Melodim so I have lots of boxes to tick on my basket list!
