In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When my Grandfather used to let me play with his guitar, and we'd come up with the silliest of songs. Also when my Dad would chuck on 'Stayin' Alive' by The BeeGees and I'd dance like an absolute maniac. Those experiences definitely shaped me.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? BTS, Love Yourself 轉 'Tear' Dire Straits, Sultans of Swing - The Very Best of Dire Straits International Version London Grammar, Truth Is a Beautiful Thing (Deluxe) These albums each marked a transitionary period in my life 1) Dire Straits— singing to it as a little kid, bitten by the musical bug 2) London Grammar— decided singing was my path in my early tweens and 3) BTS— late teens, introduced me to trap.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Hypnotising” I wrote this tune out of my bedroom during the pandemic, and recorded it over zoom with producer Simon Dobson. It was a collaboration with the French-Japanese fashion brand Maison Kitsuné and artist Li Hui. It was super surreal partnering with them!
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? When I played to my first 1000! I was supporting Aussie trailblazer Tex Perkins and The Fat Rubber Band as well as budding artist Mia Wray. That was truly awesome. Or getting played on MTV 🥳
