Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a product of the early 80's, my earliest memories are music videos and commercials. My earliest music video memory is Here comes the rain again by Eurythmics. What a video!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Apoptygma Berzerk, Rocket Science Madonna, Madonna Various Artists, Transformers: The Movie (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) The electronic rock sound present on all three albums was highly influencial on me finding my musical voice, also they are just bangers. These three albums are terrific from start to finish without much fluff taking up space.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Arrival at Mystery Hill” This one is very special to me. I feel that it conveys a sort of X-Files as written by John Carpenter feel, and it was my first time releasing a theme that was this "on the nose". As such, it will kick open the door toreleasing more varied themes.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We headlined and closed the second stage at a festival event, the indoor stage. We were competing with a much bigger act that night. The clouds rolled in, so much rain. Our event filed up to become the largest crowd that we had ever played for.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Many things, but I think the main one would be to score a film.
