Marina Sena is a pop singer and songwriter from Brazil. In 2019 she formed the band Rosa Neon with Marcelo Tofani, Mariana Cavanellas, Luiz Gabriel Lopes, and Baka. They issued a lone self-titled album before dissolving in 2020. In 2021, she issued "Me Toca," her first solo single, a bouncy modern samba that charted and registered tens of millions of streams. She followed it with the bossa-tinged jazz ballad "Voltei Pra Nim," that enjoyed the same success, and that August, her debut album, De Primeira, was released. Produced by Iuri Rio Branco (who also co-wrote several songs), the set, propelled by the two pre-release singles and "Por Supeto," won three Multishow Brazilian Music Awards for revelation artist of the year, best experimental artist, and best album. Her sophomore full-length, 2023's Vicio Inherente -- also produced by Branco -- focused on beat-conscious pop for the dancefloor.
