Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was nine years old my sister made a mixtape for me (on an actual cassette). Wedged in-between songs by UB40 and Ace of Base, there was a track that sounded different to anything I'd ever heard: "Gin n Juice" by Snoop Dogg. I was hooked.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? A Tribe Called Quest, Midnight Marauders D'Angelo, Voodoo OutKast, Speakerboxxx/The Love Below Musically speaking "Voodoo" is my holy grail. "Midnight Marauders" accompanied me throughout my adolescence. "The Love Below" is inspirational in its eclecticism and blurring of genres.

Meron Smoke)” "Summertime Love" is the most complete song I've written and produced. Everything came together organically. The instrumentation, the story, the arrangement -- they harmonize beautifully to evoke the vibe and emotions of a summer fling.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? On my upcoming album "Galactic Cadillac" I got to collaborate with Illa J. Getting to talk to him about his brother (J Dilla - one of my absolute heroes), watch him rock the stage and collaborate with him on one of my tracks was a real highlight.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I love to explore musical genres and universes, both as a producer and a vocalist. I don't ever want to create the same album twice. I hope to keep pushing boundaries, blurring lines and perhaps one day even creating an entirely fresh sound.
