In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I hosted the Dues Paid Stage at PAID DUES 2013 with 2MEX and dissed a couple huge frat boys heckling me from the crowd. Crowd went wild, and I wound up making friends with them after.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Big L, Lifestylez ov da Poor & Dangerous C.L. Smooth, Pete Rock, The Main Ingredient Nate Dogg, G Funk Classics, Vols. 1 & 2 Lyricism, knowledge, aggression, melodies, beats, and pioneers ahead of their time. I can listen to these albums from start to finish any day and always hear something new. These works will go down in history for me as crucial to my inspiration.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Going, Going, Gone” This was a burst of energy, passion, and artistic exercise captured at a time where I gave up everything I knew about work and college and went for my music spirit. Something I can always look back on as one of the boldest times of my life.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Writing, Recording, Releasing, and Performing Like Farther...Like Sun...LP with 2MEX. Had some of our best friends and greatest producers and mc's we knew work on that album with us. Got to perform those songs at PAID DUES 2013 and GCS.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Work with Dr. Dre on an album. Rap on top of the Statue of Liberty. Make another song with Tha Locust.
