In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Afton and Derrick grew up singing in church and with family, falling in love with harmonies. Chris’s journey began at sixteen with a garage sale guitar from his dad. Those early moments shaped the path that led us here.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kelsea Ballerini, PATTERNS Rascal Flatts' harmonies shaped us (Me & My Gang, Melt, Feels Like Today). We admire storytelling—from Kelsea Ballerini’s raw emotion to George Strait’s classics. Diamond Rio, Alison Krauss, and Dierks Bentley complete the mix!
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “I Wanna Let You” I Wanna Let You marks a new chapter with producer Ilya Toshinsky, shaping our sound. I Lose Things captures love’s irreplaceable worth. Catching Fire highlights our harmonies in a fun, feel-good way!
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of our most unforgettable moments was stepping onto the historic Ryman stage to play a few songs. Another highlight was seeing our We Don’t Fight music video debut on CMT—both were surreal milestones in our journey!s
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Our bucket list is long, but at the top is playing the Grand Ole Opry—one of the greatest honors in country music. We also dream of releasing our first full-length album and one day earning nominations for an ACM, CMA, or even a Grammy!
