Boston's Lori McKenna has carved out an enviable niche for herself as one of Nashville's most in-demand songwriters while maintaining a prolific and remarkably consistent career as a solo artist. Her own albums trend toward warmly introspective folk and Americana music, though she has also penned major country hits including Tim McGraw's "Humble and Kind" and Little Big Town's "Girl Crush."
