In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
My earliest music memory was my father playing Bach on the piano when I was a child. The most influential music for me in my youth was Switched On Bach, The Prodigy, and The Chemical Brothers. Soon after I discovered rave culture and djing. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Jacques Greene, Dawn Chorus
Left/Right, Punks Shadow Selection
Pearson Sound, Red Sky - EP
Different shades of music I love - from heavy and dark (Shadow Selection) to Moody and warehouse and also beautify (Dawn Chorus and Red Sky EP) Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Valhalla”
This is the song I listen to most often when I need a pick me up... often at my lowest points. It has an uplifting power to me personally that I can't really describe but it just works. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
I have loved performing at large festivals from Glastonbury to Shambhala, Beyond Wonderland and SXSW. Some of my favorite shows are ones I have put on myself - especially my CONDUIT events. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Releasing my first LP this year, then scoring for film (almost there!). After that taking CONDUIT installation shows on the road :)
