Larry Trice, Jr. is a pastor, musician, and contemporary gospel singer who counts the Winans Family among his primary musical inspirations. Born and raised in Jackson, Michigan, he began singing and learning music from his pastor father as a toddler. Always involved in music as part of church life, he helped to write, direct, and produce Times of Refreshing, the 2005 debut album of Tabernacle Voices of Praise. His own solo debut, Rhythm Man, was recorded live at the Tabernacle of David in Lansing, Michigan, where Trice served as pastor. Released by the Tri Tribe label in 2017, it debuted at number 25 on the Billboard gospel albums chart. ~ Marcy Donelson
