Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memories took place in a car. My family traveled a lot and we would listen to music on the road. My dad would always be singing along so naturally I wanted sing along too. From there it just became a thing.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Destiny's Child, Destiny Fulfilled Lyfe Jennings, Lyfe 268-192 Musiq Soulchild, Aijuswanaseing These are my favorite albums because I believe these albums have the strongest impact on why I began writing songs. Being around music all my life listening to these albums in my teen years really helped me take writing and recording music seriously.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Call Me Crazy” This song is special because it’s real. In all it’s a true story of what I went through my first few years after moving to illinois from Tennessee. And even more it’s relatable and that’s the most spectacular truth about it.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The most memorable moment in my career was when I released my first single on iTunes. That was the most amazing feeling for me and to grow with the technology we have now that I can just request my smart device to play my music whenever.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I don’t really have a bucket list. Honestly I just want to continue to grow and build and network with new artist and producers. So maybe just to attend an awards event, that would be nice to meet more industry professionals and work with them.
