Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember the day my parents suggested I go join the church choir after seeing me banging on the church seats, as if I were a part of the band. After seeing myself flourish It was clear I had a natural talent very early.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Frank Ocean, Blonde Nipsey Hussle, Victory Lap Prince, Prince & The New Power Generation, The N.P.G., Diamonds and Pearls I'm a very eclectic listener. Being an artist, I believe the most important aspect of music or any form of art is the message. Music has the power to move people, it's essential to spread positive energy.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Geneva's Prayer” This song is special to me because it was the first time in my journey I felt like I went internally and pulled a project out of myself. We're in an age where so many talk about external, earthly things but this touches a whole different mind chakra.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I can vividly remember my family getting emotional after hearing my first studio recording. I would like to believe they were touched by my openness and they're my support system so that memory is still motivating to this day.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to touch as many people around the world with not only my music but my story. The road to success is a narrow one and I believe as an evangelist, I have a responsibility to pave the way for future generations.
