• Before the music, Krypto was a promising track-and field athlete who attended the AAU Junior Olympics and earned a scholarship to run in college. When his racing days were over, he redirected his competitive energy to gaming via Xbox Live.
• He later created a YouTube account to upload his video game highlight reels and parody songs, but his exponentially growing fanbase encouraged him to start making original music.
• He adopted his gamer tag KRYPTO9095 as his rap moniker. The tag itself was an ode to his early days as a competitive dancer—he described himself as the other dancers’ kryptonite.
