After dropping their buzz-building remixes of Tove Lo and Major Lazer online, Norwegian brothers Daniel and Markus Slettebakken—a.k.a. Kream—became hitmakers in their own right with the ecstatic, EDM-powered pop of 2016’s “Taped Up Heart” and 2018’s “Decisions.”
