Splitting his time between Stockholm and Los Angeles, KONO is the performance alias of Swedish producer/songwriter Jonas Saeed, who'd co-written songs for the likes of Wisin & Yandel, Nicole Scherzinger, and Havana Brown before releasing his own EDM material. In 2013 and 2014, Saeed also issued a series of remixes as half of DJ duo Cave Kings, including Brown's "Warrior" and one of Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" that landed on streaming charts.
In February 2017, he emerged under the KONO moniker with a remix of Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You." That spring, he released the original song "If I Ever" featuring Carl Martin, following it in the summer with "House of Glass" featuring Havana Brown. ~ Marcy Donelson
