In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember one Christmas when I was about nine getting my first guitar. I couldn’t put it down even though I could only play one chord for weeks. I’m sure my family were thrilled!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bonobo, Black Sands Burial, Untrue James Blake, James Blake These three albums had a seminal impact on me wanting to become an artist/producer. Growing up I never thought electronic music could have soul within it. Then when I was introduced to artists such as these, I realised that was far from the truth.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Rising” This is my latest single and it's all about finding one's inner strength to move forward and embrace life fully.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My EP being on a billboard in Times Square, NYC was a real pinch me moment.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Release my debut album! This is something I can't wait to do.
