Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up, my parents would always play Bee Gees and Michael Jackson songs at home. I also really liked Shania Twain and Ricky Martin. It was only when I was in high school I was introduced to rock music by one of my classmates. It changed my life.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? System Of A Down, Steal This Album! The Click Five, Modern Minds and Pastimes blink-182, blink-182 In high school, I was introduced to Metal first. I was obsessed with SOAD and thought their music stood out from the rest. Then I found Pop Punk and it was thanks to blink-182 that I decided to learn the bass guitar and sing.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “-30” This song is all about my grief. My mother passed away unexpectedly after I turned 30. It's a song about starting your 30s grieving and traumatised.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My band 'Seasons for Change' got to open for blessthefall and Our Last Night when they came to Hong Kong. We got to share the stage with School Boy Q at Guangzhou. My other band 'Soul of Ears' got nominated for a Grammy for 'Best Recording Package'
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My late mother's dream was for me to perform in Japan. I hope one day I can tour around Japan and make my mother proud.
