While growing up in Albemarle, North Carolina, Christian singer-songwriter Josh Baldwin played drums in church for his pastor father, and he learned to play guitar in high school.
∙ He released his first album, 2008’s Changing, while serving as a worship leader with MorningStar Fellowship Church in South Carolina.
∙ Rivers, Baldwin’s crowd-funded 2014 LP, featured his song “You Deserve It All,” which became a familiar anthem in churches worldwide.
∙ In 2014, he joined the Bethel Music collective of worship artists in Redding, California, and he recorded a live version of his “Praises (Be Lifted Up)” in 2016.
