In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a child, I sat mesmerized as my father’s turntable spun Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2. The room filled with its sweeping romance, the melodies embracing me like a warm tide. In that moment, music became more than sound, it was pure emotion.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Dan Redfeld, Schindler's List: The Film Music of John Williams Electric Light Orchestra, All Over the World: The Very Best of Electric Light Orchestra The City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, Bernard Herrmann - The Essential Film Music Collection Bernard Herrmann’s Vertigo haunts me with its lush, hypnotic strings, pure suspense and longing. John Williams’ Schindler’s List moves my soul, every note aches with sorrow and beauty. ELO’s Out of the Blue is pure joy, symphonic rock magic!
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Soaring Fate” "Soaring Fate" is deeply personal. It blends soaring strings with a melancholic heart, capturing both hope and longing. The orchestration lifts the spirit yet lingers with a wistful beauty, a soundtrack to emotions that words can’t fully express.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Winning Best Musical Adaptation for Komodo at the 2009 World Festival of Underwater Images was a defining moment. Seeing my music enhance Filip Staes’ stunning visuals and earn global recognition was pure magic, a perfect fusion of sound and imagery.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? One of my dreams is to have my music performed by a renowned symphonic orchestra. Currently, I bring my compositions to life using large orchestral libraries in the studio, but hearing them played by a live ensemble would be the ultimate fulfillment.
