Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Creating my first song at age 10 in my older sister's room, who happens to be a music producer. I was so excited to write the song and record it, I can remember the first lines "My name's about to be on billboards across the world".
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jiah, College Daze College Daze by myself would have to be my alltime favorite project right now. I made it while in college and it's such a beautiful body of work that more people need to hear! It embodies a lot of common feelings and experiences young people endure.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “What's Not 2 Love” This song just gives a fresh ATL feel. It has a very fine line between R&B and Hip/Hop. I wrote and recorded the song myself at a vulnerable time in my life. My fans resonated well with the song as well, which just made it 100x more memorable.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? When one of my inspirations and musical influences, Rihanna noticed one of my singing videos on Instagram and commented on it! She said and I quote, "Melody and pocket.....proud of you man! Keep going". That was the best confirmation ever.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Collaborating with all my favorite artists, or selling out arenas.
