Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up in a non-secular household, gospel music has been my biggest influence. From singing in choirs to being the church drummer, my sound is a combination of soul, the south, east coast influence and gospel.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 50 Cent, Get Rich or Die Tryin Drake, Take Care JAY-Z, The Blueprint Between story telling, production, delivery, structure, no skips, these albums were perfect and helped mold my sound as artist.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Self Love” I wrote this song with the purpose of pleasing women, it had bigger impact then I could ever imagine. Self Love is inspiring and motivating women across the world.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Most memorable moment is hearing my song vibes on my hometown radio K1104 for the first time. Tears of joy.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? One of my biggest goals is to receive a grammy and be a platinum artist. Not for validation but because I feel I worked for it.
