Country-rock artist Jameson Rodgers moved to Nashville in 2010 and played open-mic nights with fellow up-and-comers Michael Hardy and Hunter Phelps.
∙ He received the 2014 ASCAP Foundation Leon Brettler Award for outstanding songwriter/performer and signed with hitmaking indie publisher Combustion Music.
∙ Country star Luke Combs praised Rodgers’ debut EP in an Instagram post, starting a friendship that led to Rodgers opening some of Combs’ shows in 2019.
∙ Rodgers cowrote Chris Lane’s chart-topping “I Don’t Know About You” and Florida Georgia Line’s Top 10 hit “Talk You Out of It.”
