Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. i remember seeing my brother poking at a piano and being overcome with interest, or more likely jealously at the sound coming from the instrument and his ability to procure it. I remember my mom singing me a lullaby she grew up with in Cuba.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Gabby Pahinui, Pure Gabby John Prine, The Tree of Forgiveness Waylon Jennings, Dreaming My Dreams Remastered Waylon - the attitude, the swinging groove of his live band. Gabby - a universe of kindness and peace, the slack key tunings, every note in service of feeling. Prine - The songs. The brilliance and wit of a writer, poet, and craftsman.
