Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember performing Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean" for my elementary school talent show. I was so nervous on stage I could barely move but that moment pushed me in the direction I would follow in the years to come.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Lil Wayne, Tha Carter II Michael Jackson, Thriller USHER, Confessions (Expanded Edition) Thriller, Tha Carter II, & Confessions was pretty much the soundtrack to my life as a teenager going into young adulthood. These projects shaped my style and gave me a greater appreciation for quality music.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Make No Mistake” "Make No Mistake" is a personal favorite song of mine. It's about holding on to a 1 of a kind love. The tempo is slow and the music is wide open so I pushed myself vocally on this record and used my voice as an instrument to fill in the empty space.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The most memorable moment in my career so far is when I got the opportunity to perform at the legendary Howard Theatre in Washington, DC.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? The one thing I want to accomplish in my career that would make it complete is being able to headline my own tour.
