Artist Biography
Vancouver-based group In Mirrors produce dark, suspenseful soundscapes and dream pop tunes, often including ethereal vocals, slowly pulsating synths, and atmospheric guitars, occasionally laced with distortion. The collective is helmed by Jesse Taylor of noise rock band Shearing Pinx, and features contributions from Hiromi Inada and clarinetist Andrew Grosvenor. In Mirrors' debut album, Escape from Berlin, was produced and mixed by Johnny Jewel, who released it on his label, Italians Do It Better, in 2017. ~ Paul Simpson
