What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Earl Sweatshirt, Some Rap Songs MIKE, War in my Pen MIKE, tears of joy War in My Pen by MIKE, Tears of Joy by MIKE & Some Rap Songs by Earl Sweatshirt. These albums built my love for beatmaking and abstract hip-hop during a during a time when I was beginning to understand myself and what my future could look like.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Learning to make beats & finding my sound, then seeing it translate into something people could connect with. Hearing friends and family listen to my songs and knowing the lyrics made things feel real. I realized my music could resonate beyond me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Keep evolving with my beatmaking and my rapping. I want to create a sustainable source of income from doing what I love, so I can keep making music without compromising my passion. I want to live off my art while staying true to myself.
