The I'll Take You There Choir offer an uplifting take on gospel-styled choir music. The moniker surfaced in 2024 in connection with the blockbuster Marvel franchise entry Deadpool & Wolverine, where they were credited with a choir version of Madonna's "Like a Prayer," a song that appeared in the film but was not cleared for inclusion on the soundtrack release. Instead, Warner Records issued Deadpool & Wolverine: Madonna's "Like a Prayer" EP. The Choir Version -- the one rendition not to feature Madonna -- proved popular, garnering tens of millions of streams and climbing to number two on the Billboard TikTok Top 50.
