Worship group Housefires was cofounded in 2014 by Pat Barrett, a leader at Atlantaās Grace Midtown Church.
ā āGood Good Fatherā became their best-known song after Chris Tomlinās country-influenced cover topped the Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart for seven weeks.
ā Their 2016 album, Housefires III, reached No. 3 on Billboardās Christian Albums chart and No. 2 on the UK Christian & Gospel Albums chart.
ā āGood Good Father,ā written by Housefiresā Pat Barrett and Tony Brown, won a 2016 Dove Award for Song of the Year.
