Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. This is niche but when I was younger I remember watching Coyote Ugly and immediately knew that I wanted to be a songwriter. That movie is in my bones, I know every word to every song. It also started my love of country tinged pop <3
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Fleetwood Mac, Rumours Super Deluxe Edition Kacey Musgraves, Golden Hour Taylor Swift, Red (Taylor’s Version) [+ A Message from Taylor] I'm a big Swiftie, she is one of the reasons I started songwriting. Its hard to choose a fave but I think its RED. Golden Hour is a perfect album to me, her voice, the songwriting and SLOW BURN - best song ever. Rumours is the GOAT, big Stevie Fan.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I would say hearing my songs on BBC RADIO1, I grew up listening to those DJ's so that was surreal. Also, the last year and a half of writing. I took some time out to find my way back to myself musically, I loved every minute of writing the new era.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? SO MANY THINGS. I really feel like I am just getting started. I want to tour more than anything, TAKE ME WITH YOU IF YOU ARE READING THIS lol <3
