In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is hearing my older sister play Chopin on the piano. After she left, I climbed onto the bench and tried to imitate her by ear. That quiet moment sparked my lifelong love for music and storytelling through sound.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? François-Joël Thiollier, Debussy: Clair de Lune and Other Piano Favorites The music of Debussy, Fauré, and Ravel shaped my entire approach to piano. Their harmonic language, space, and emotional depth still guide me. If I had to choose albums: Debussy’s Préludes, Fauré’s Nocturnes, and Ravel’s Piano Works.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Hurt” My cover of Hurt holds a mirror to everything fragile and unresolved in me. Reimagining it with just piano and voice made the pain feel personal—like I was writing it for the first time. It's raw, intimate, and one of the hardest things I’ve recorded
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments was hearing from a listener who said one of my piano pieces helped them through grief. It reminded me why I do this—music connects us in ways words never can.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I’d love to score a full-length film—something deeply emotional, where music carries the story. Also on my list: performing a live solo piano set in a remote, intimate setting and releasing a concept album with visuals from start to finish.
