Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. CLUTCH in a church basement in DC, back when they were on the hardcore scene. I'd never felt such beautiful thunder. And Tori Amos playing a heart-wrenching set with only a small piano in New Orleans. By the end, she had nothing left to give.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? PJ Harvey, Is This Desire? The Armed, ULTRAPOP Tori Amos, From the Choir Girl Hotel These albums hold nothing back. Music for me is storytelling and catharsis. If we as artists have anything left in our heads or hearts after a song or set, we haven't given enough.
