Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first time i heard my dad play his guitar and sing a few Beatles songs is still in my mind. It was an old classical guitar that i still today use on my records. There is something about it.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Chet Baker, Essential Standards: Chet Baker Jeff Buckley, Grace Pearl Jam, Pearl Jam Without knowing what trumpet was as a kid, i was mesmerized by Chet. I still am. Pearl Jam has always been the fire for me. Buckley opened a new window for lyricism and song writing for me. Without rushing into choruses and giving space to music.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Bakımsız Aşk (feat. Adem Gülşen)” This is my first single. It will always be like a baby to me. I will watch it grow, make mistakes, be happy and sad sometimes, and continue telling the love story she tells today, to different people at different times.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing Geri Dön live in an acoustic session, and hearing/seeing people bond to the song.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? The bucket has only recently started to show her self to me. I hope my life time would be long enough to put a few nice melodies in it.
