Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When my Uncle lived around the corner, I'd used to go to his house in the weekend to hi-jack his PS1. One weekend he had this demo of MUSIC2000 and I made a beat on it. It wasn't until I was 19 I actually started making music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Aminé, TWOPOINTFIVE USHER, Confessions (Expanded Edition) XXXTENTACION, 17 It's a difficult choice but these are the albums I enjoy fully. Like, I don't skip anything and I'll sing everything. First one is sentiment for my childhood, jumping and singin in the hallway. Second heartbreak and third my roadtrip in Australia.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Love.” Break up, heaps of inspiration, neo soul mixed with club. It still hits, even with those cheesy pitched vocal cuts. This is raw emotions for me, fresh wounds, 132bpm, neo chords and those early future synths.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I'd say playing Tomorrowland in 2015. I was broke, making niche music and just posting a lot of music. Not even great music but I was motivated. I kept playing jersey club and 150 bubbling stuff while there was no interest but it got me there.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Playing overseas, spread my vibe and sound. My passion. I just want to make a living of producing and dj'ing. It's honestly the only thing I truly enjoy. As long as I have people who are open minded towards music.
