In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is of the Queen Greatest Hits CD. That compilation lived in my family's car and home as early as I can remember and it accompanied us on almost every family trip and holiday.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Louis Cole, Quality Over Opinion Porter Robinson, Nurture TEED, When the Lights Go My favourite music is either funky, pretty or a combination of both. 'Nurture' is magical and beautiful. 'When the Lights Go' is lush and immaculately produced. 'Quality Over Opinion' is insanely versatile and groovy. I love these albums!
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Let Me Sleep” I wrote this song about having a long distance relationship over lockdown and having an awful sleep pattern. Everything you hear in the song came from my little bedroom studio and it really captures how I was feeling at the time.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I think it's between hearing my music on BBC Radio 1 for the first time and when I performed as Flourish for the first time guest appearing at one of COMANAVAGO's gigs. Both were unforgettable and I've been chasing those highs ever since!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I think I'm looking forward to getting to a place as an artist where I feel confident enough to put out an album. I'm really looking forward to creating a body of work that I'll forever be proud of and have a physical edition to hold in my hands!
