In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was fascinated by the piano in our house since a very young age and played on it countless hours. When my father bought me an electronic keyboard, I was blown away by all the new possibilities and sounds – might have been my gateway to production.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jon Hopkins, Immunity Kiasmos, Kiasmos Moderat, Moderat (Deluxe Version) These are all albums where I was completely blown away when I heard them, they sparked awe and inspiration and it was something I never heard before. All are electronic but have a strong emotional and organic quality to me.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Atlas” This song opened many doors for me. It was used in countless trailers and videos and so many people sent me heartwarming stories about how this song turned their lives around – something I could never imagine doing with my music.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I was an avid Counter-Strike player just when the game was released and also organized LAN-parties, all really niche. I stopped gaming then, so when I got to perform at ESL Katowice almost 20y later, I was blown away how huge e-sports got!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Although I have performed my music in different places, I'd love to do a proper tour with visuals where listeners can dive into the sound.
