Kelly, “My first musical memory is singing How Much is that Doggy in the Window with my grandma in her backyard swing.” Colton, “at age 3 I had a cassette player next to my bed. I would go to sleep nightly to a tape of Elvira by the Oak Ridge Boys.”
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? CHVRCHES, The Bones of What You Believe Donna Missal, in the mirror, in the night - EP School of Seven Bells, Put Your Sad Down Put Your Sad Down is an odyssey. When the beat returns 9 minutes into the title track, ✨. Bones was a critical influence when we first started writing music together. Donna Missal’s bedroom-pop gem is forever at the top of our most listened list.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Every Time I Look Away” Every Time I Look Away is the first song we finished together. Quarantined during COVID, we took advantage of our toddler’s nap times to work on music. Even though it was a tough time in many ways, our band might not have happened otherwise!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? As a new band, our bucket list is deep. In addition to releasing our first LP, we are eager to record a vaporwave album inspired by Kelly’s high school literary magazine. We also love traveling and live music, so taking our music on tour is a dream.
