Artist Biography
Resilience is Elyana’s forte. Discovered by veteran composer Patrick Khamis at just 14, she made her mark with pop ballad “Niat”. Since then, the former teen star has released four pop-rock albums before taking a break in 2010 to focus on her family. While her 2012 comeback was brief, she surprised fans by joining Gegar Vaganza in 2017—before revealing that she had been living with stage IV cancer since 2012. Despite exiting the singing competition early, her career thrived once again and, more importantly, she has become an inspiration to countless others living with terminal illness.
