Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My grandpa and great uncle on my mom's side lead a dance band at Disneyland back in the day - hired by Walt himself. I remember listening to old recordings, and humming along to the saxophone and trombone lines they played so beautifully <3
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Donovan, Donovan's Greatest Hits Frank Sinatra, September of My Years (Expanded Edition) Loreena McKennitt, The Journey So Far - The Best of Loreena McKennitt 1. Donovan has so many beautiful songs, I listened to this album incessantly as a child 2. My paternal grandfather conducted and arranged this album, and won a grammy for it. Never met him, but I adore listening 3. Loreena is the coolest.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Black Road” Just before the pandemic in Feb 2020, I was headed back to the Bay from recording my 2nd album in LA when I crashed and totaled my truck. Somehow, I walked away. Black Road was the last track to make the album, written in the surreal days following.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Finding out that the instruments I painstakingly designed and built were actually playable has to be the top for me. Game changing in the best way possible to be able to travel and play on my own little, musical babies <3
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Too many to count, but I'd love most of all to be able to play the big folk festivals around the world.
