Artist Biography
Andy Herod was the songwriter and primary vocalist in Brooklyn indie rockers the Comas, who attracted considerable attention with their albums CONDUCTOR (2004) and SPELLS (2007). Herod left the band and the city in 2008, settling in Asheville, North Carolina, and beginning a new solo project called the Electric Owls. The Electric Owls' debut album, AIN'T TOO BRIGHT, was released in early 2009.
