Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. At six, Ebo found his musical talent, entertaining villagers for pennies. By thirteen, he crafted a guitar, self-taught through his father's radio and the village's sole black-white TV, discovering artists like Ali Farka Touré and Boubacar Traoré.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ali Farka Touré, Ali Farka Touré Fela Kuti, Sorrow Tears and Blood Mali Music, Mali Is... Ali Farka Touré is Ebo's biggest musical inspiration, Fela Kuti is up there on the list as well, and he particularly loved the mixing and choice of instruments in Mali Music's work.

What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In 2022, Ebo's album "Diversity" won the Best Folk Album award at the Swedish Grammy Awards.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? A world tour that starts in Timbuktu and ends in his hometown Darfur.
