In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up learning Indian Classical Music from my mom, I remember writing my first song on my bedroom floor after a Norah Jones listen. I'd perform-- pretending to be older than I was, as a 13 year old girl in Philadelphia clubs and Trenton bars.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jeff Buckley, Grace John Mayer, Room for Squares Kacey Musgraves, Golden Hour Tasteful, timeless, and emotionally powerful. I get a shockwave of inspiration everytime I re-listen to these albums. I love how they explore the self and how we fit in this world but also have room for FUN and love and joy.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Undercover Lover” Even though I have more popular songs, this one feels the most personal and honestly telling song of mine. I'm adventurous and a social butterfly, but when it comes to truly liking someone, my secret hope is that it'll feel a little undercover.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Everytime I play and people scream along the words (Far Away you will always be famous ) it's surreal. At an El Rey show, I told a story about meeting a gay porn star and the audience laughed SO hard I felt like a standup comedian. It was a high.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Why-- everything. Global superstardom. Selling out stadiums. My words being heard by the world.
