Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest memories with music is being in the living room at my grandmothers house in the early 90's with my many cousins. Some singing and some (like myself) dancing. Music was always playing, loved it there!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Clipse, Hell Hath No Fury Erykah Badu, Baduizm N.E.R.D, In Search Of... This list could continue and I don't have a specific order on these three - but they mean a lot to me because they have help shape my taste today.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Same” This track means a lot to me because of the session Katana and I had on this one. A very emotional and real session.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? A few come to mind. But traveling to different countries to DJ, I feel very privileged. Other memorable moments is when I opened for Ms Lauryn Hill (Forum, 2018), and more recently opened for NeYo (Royal Arena, 2024). And when I released my first LP!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Many things! I've done it before, but performing a big show with the artists I make music with is always a goal. Also releasing more hard copy vinyls is another one - Last vinyl was KASAMA in 2023.
