Dutch/Slovakian outfit Distant play a brutal mix of chugging riffs and machine gun drums with guttural vocals screams in their blend of slamming brutal metal and deathcore. Debuting in 2014 with the single "Gallant," the band has issued three studio albums -- 2019's Tyrannotophia, 2021's Aeons of Oblivion, and 2023's Heritage -- along with a slew of singles and EPs.
