Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up during the Golden Era of R&B & Neo-Soul, we were inspired by the riveting sounds of 90s/2000s R&B. The compelling storytelling & magnificent talent in voice & musicianship are tremendously captivating & a major influence on our music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? En Vogue, Funky Divas Michael Jackson, Thriller Various Artists, Waiting To Exhale (Original Soundtrack Album) These 3 albums are our top because of the sheer influence that they carry. Lyrically, Babyface is one of our greatest influences. Quincy Jones & Michael Jackson inspired sounds for generations to come. En Vogue is the girl group of all girl groups.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? This is our first record and it gives just a taste of what's to come. We are a mix of old-school with a fresh energy sure to provide something for everyone. More than anything, we hope that listeners feel the lyrics and relate.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We'd like to simply break through and make an impact. We'd like people to focus on and remember the music. Forget the preconceived notions, just allow yourself to be immersed in authentic music intended to evoke thoughts & emotions, and to inspire.
