Phoenix rapper Dbangz makes playfully outrageous and explicit hip-hop designed to go viral, but his tongue-twisting delivery proves his talent.
• Dbangz isn’t your typical rapper. His first song to break 100,000 plays is called “Booty Toe Sucker.”
• His breakout hit, 2017’s “Thick N****z and Anime Tiddies,” is a self-deprecating meme-rap fantasy that covers a lot of ground in just 90 seconds. The viral smash has racked up more than 100 million streams across platforms.
• The MC capitalized on his surprise hit by releasing two 2017 EPs—Summer Booty Sweat and Winter Booty Icicles—containing similarly silly material.
