Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember my first band JRL played homecoming at my High School. People were crowd-surfing and going bonkers. The school officials were wound up so tight and anxious from the ruckus. First time I was ever flashed while performing.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Green Day, Dookie Justin Bieber, Journals blink-182, Take off Your Pants and Jacket There were just very influential albums for me and where I was at in my life. Gateways to other similar artists and sounds.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Strangers (Don't Mean a Damn to Me) [feat. The Game]” I sent the record over to The Game and his initial reaction and excitement to get on the record made it special. Having one of my favorite rappers recite my lyrics in the song was an incredible moment and made one of my biggest singles to date.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing a sold out show at Chain Reaction. The crow sung the words so loud, I couldn't even hear myself. Also I looked side stage during the set and Joel Madden from Good Charlotte was standing there watching with my booking agent at the time.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Do an European & UK Tour, I'd like to work with Tom DeLonge and be in the mainstream festival circuit.
