In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first instrument I learned to play was the guitar, at age 8. I used to make mini albums on a 4 track recorder and would save them to a CD with artwork made in Microsoft Paint.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Funky Bass Town (Radio Edit)” I always wanted to write a track that encapsulated how I felt on the dance floor. It needed to bring good vibes, make people want to dance with strangers, and be both stomping and funky.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The rush of adrenaline you get when a label you love wants to sign your track makes every one of those moments memorable. It's a similar feeling as playing out unreleased music for the first time and seeing people having a good time.
