In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was raised singing in my church youth choir and learned to play the saxophone as as part of my middle school band. My passion for music really peaked after purchasing OutKast "Aquemini" and later learning how to arrange, produce and record music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 2Pac, 2Pacalypse Now J. Cole, KOD OutKast, Aquemini I have deep respect when it comes to artist such as 2Pac, OutKast, and J. Cole as each artist posses captivating lyricism that they share with the listener from their storytelling in their music in their own unique ways.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Run Away” The song Run Away is emotionally tied to me as it tells the story of being in love and heartbroken over and over throughout life, but also wanting to love again yet the fear of being hurt still lingers.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of my most memorable moments in my career occurred when co producing for Young Dro and, then up and coming artist, Ricco Barrino, brother of singer Fantasia Barrino in the early 2000's.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would definitely love to work with some of my favorite major artist and producer influences, such as Zaytoven, Jazze Pha, Timbaland, Metro Boomin, K Camp, T.I., J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Big KRIT, Toosii, Rod Wave and many more.
